McDonald's in Ansbach

This time it was really full, but the food distribution was still surprisingly fast. Otherwise typical MC Donalds.

Very slowly, always trekking, bad McDonalds which I have seen. 😢😢😢

The food is still MC Donald's standard. In the past 2 years it happened very often that the food was either cold or something was always missing from the order. When we order something, it is usually for 5 people. That's a lot, but I still expect - even if it's stressful - that the order is complete. Last time (a total of 60 €) 2x 20 nuggets were missing. That's € 18. But you have to take credit, we got the missing nuggets without any problems. To the restaurant itself - unfortunately always dirty tables. Garbage on the ground. Toilets always very dirty. Of course, you also have to say that customers could pick up their rubbish themselves or should leave the toilet the way they want to find it.

It often happens that things are not there or are wrong

Food is super nice and cool. Definitely go there. If you don't do that, you're not cool. ✌🏻

Unfortunately I was disappointed several times, waiting time often over 15 minutes. Order often incorrect. Partly unfriendly with complaints.

The reception was friendly, and orders could be placed at the terminal and at the cash register. The order was brought to the table. There wasn't much going on and the meal didn't last long.

Despite the large number of visitors, the staff remained very friendly. My food tasted great and wasn't cold even after a quarter of an hour!

Stop at a McDonalds, sometimes a long wait when something is going on and the staff have difficulty understanding you.

So if you like burger salad, you've definitely come to the right place. Seldom seen food prepared so carelessly. There wasn't much going on, which might be a little excuse.

Sucked-out chewing gum was stuck under my paper pad. I.e. the tray paper was not changed by the previous customer and the tray was not rinsed. Great in times of Corona. Once and never again. Thank you.

That the rainbow glass is already sold out is probably not your fault. But when you order ONE McMenu, without any extras, forgetting the fries is hard. Of course I only noticed it at home ...

If you don't wipe the tables between two guests, you can give yourself the rest of the hygiene concept. Instead, the staff quickly wipes the dirt off the table and onto the floor by hand. But what do you expect when you eat at Mc's. 😐

Used to be good but lately they always forget something, always.

Passable food, staff were friendly. Unfortunately, my order was completed too slowly and served after my friends, even though I ordered first. Maybe I would do 9/10 again.

If you haven't read a review yet. Want to write one yourself to protect others and then you realize that it would have been better to take a look here first. Not getting what was ordered, cold and rarely eaten such a dry burger. Is this a badly done McDonals plagiarism? 🤔

Clean and nice!

Waiting time way too long! Over 15 minutes for 3 ice creams are cheeky for a "fast-food restaurant"! Definitely not a recommendation

The food is rarely fresh and the last time I went, the cashier was extremely rude because it was a language barrier.

Yes, it is unhealthy and rightly criticized. There is nothing to say against the restaurant in Ansbach itself. Everything so far clean and friendly staff. And if you can restrain yourself and only eat here once a month or less, the fun and taste should outweigh the unhealthy. So, have fun, as long as you consider it an exceptional meal.

Messing up the drive-thru order.

Ok ... Some things are hit or miss... The chili burger had a strange very old seeming egg and 3 jalapenos ... But their special burger had something like a hash brown and if you imagine an onion roll with bacon or ham vs onions as a bun ... That was good. Overall it's McDonald's you know what to expect.

Use the drive thru, did not get my full order missing a few items.

It was not very organized. Waited 25 minutes for my burger, and it was cold. Had to wait again, and it was cold as well.

Decent food in a clean environment at a reasonable price competently served. A good place for a quick meal or snack, even with younger children.

They make the burgers very sloppy and 9 out of 10 they will get your order wrong. They seem miserable and not motivated to work there.

Disaster! Half of the workers there don't speak german or English. Unorganized, chaotic and unwelcoming. Maybe the drive thru is a better option.
